Traveling by plane is getting more and more expensive. United Airlines, a major airline in the United States, has announced establishing a fee of $ 15 for a first checked bag. It is not something new, something, what they have made up, the airline simply follows their main competitor, American Airlines, who came up with this three weeks ago. In addition to this, the carrier is going to increase the fee to check three or more bags, overweight items and or items that require special handling. This measure leaves Southwest Airlines to be the only U. Well, I think there really are some, not those economic, of course, as growth of expenditures for traveling is everything but economical, but those ecological. People, and even those who don't care about environment at all, are beginning to use public transport to get around their hometowns, as rising oil prices make them change their habits of driving a car everywhere where possible. Advanced countries are trying to promote pluses of railways – rapidity, comfort, affordability and, what the most important, eco-friendliness. Everybody starts to think whether to use aviation, way of transport, that is highly harmful for the environment.
